I am Michele and I am a fully qualified Herbalist & Naturopath. I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
I am passionate about natural health and introducing people to a more natural way of living by either maintaining good health, or healing ourselves of ill health, without resorting to orthodox medications which often have many side effects.

As a Naturopathic Herbalist, I work with the body's natural rhythms. Our bodies are always striving to maintain balance, which we call homeostasis. With the right diet, lifestyle and simple naturopathic practices, we can assist our bodies to achieve this by ridding ourselves of niggling health issues and therefore help our bodies find its way back to great health.
My Services
I offer health consultations either over video call or, if you live close by, we can meet in person.
I have a herbal dispensary so can supply a range of herbal tinctures and some teas. All my herbs are organic A1 quality which are regulated by my supplier. I do not use fancy packaging so this helps keep prices down and pass on a more affordable price to my clients.
I also have a few generic herbal mixes on offer for those who would like to purchase a remedy but are not wanting a full in-depth health consultation. This range will be expanding more in the future.
What happens during a Consultation?
The initial one-to-one consultation will last from around 45-60 minutes. I run through with you (often) personal questions about each system in the body. This may seem intrusive but is paramount for me to get an overall picture of what is going on. I am then able to create a bespoke herbal remedy for you and usually alongside some dietary/lifestyle suggestions. Each subsequent follow-up consultation will take around 20-30 minutes
